Some guys just lose their hair in the crown area. If this is you then all you need is a piece to cover the bald crown area. Often times it's necessary to trim some fine thin hairs from the crown area. There's two reasons for trimming the thin hair. First, the base of the hair piece is translucent and if there's any hair underneath is will show through. And second, you need a smooth clean scalp to get a solid attachement.
