Order Processing and Delivery
Priority Processing : Your order will receive priority processing, ensuring it is processed 7-10 days sooner than standard orders. It will be moved to the front of the production line at our factory. Note that this is separate from FedEx overnight shipping, which is available as an additional option during checkout.
Standard Delivery : Orders typically arrive within 7 to 8 weeks from receipt. For domestic deliveries within the USA, we use First Class US Postal Service. Delivery times may extend during holiday periods and sales promotions.
FedEx Delivery : For domestic orders, FedEx delivery is available for a flat fee of $50, shipped directly from our factory. International orders are also shipped via FedEx at a flat rate of $50. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on both stock and custom units. You may choose to exchange the unit or receive a refund. To be eligible for a return, the unit must be unwashed, unworn, and uncut. Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.
General Conditions
Our company reserves the right to decline service to individuals at our discretion and without explanation at any given time. Additionally, we reserve the right to impose restrictions on the quantities of items that can be purchased per person, household, or order. These limitations may encompass orders made under the same customer account, credit card, or those utilizing identical billing and/or shipping addresses.
